My Relation with the Kennedy Family!

At the age of 8, I was sent off to live in a home for deprived children

.After the separation of my mother and father, it became difficult for my father to take care of 3 beautiful girls. He was advised to give us up to the state. We were sent to the
Lt. Joseph P.Kennedy Jr. Home in the Bronx, New York.
It was a good upbringing with an excellent education. I learned to dance and appreciate the finer things in life.
As I look back, I have come to learn about family values and the power of it's support.

Let's take a look at the Kennedy family:.
When Joseph P. Kennedy Sr. was an Ambassador to Great Britain from 1938-1904, his nine children bore the sunniest visages in London.

The Children:
Joseph Patrick Kennedy Jr. born 1915 passed

John Fitzgerald Kennedy born 1917 passed
Rose Marie (Rosemary) Kennedy born 1918 passed
Kathleen Agnes Kennedy born 1920 passed
Eunice Mary Kennedy born1921 passed
Patricia Kennedy born 1924 passed
Robert Francis Kennedy born 1925 passed
Jean Ann Kennedy born 1928 still alive
Edward Moore Kennedy born 1932 passed

Edward Moore Kennedy just past away August 25, 2009 at the age of 77.making it the end of the Kennedy dynasty as we know it.

Do You Remember Ellington Street?

Ellington was the best time in my life. It was my first dream home. I wish those days could have last forever.
It was a new start to a wonderful life. We moved in and created STUDIO E. I celebrated my 30th birthday. I felt so young and I was very happy!
Those were the days.

Francisco and the boys working on rebuilding the frond porch of Ellington Street. This was a five year project of restoring this 6 family Dorchester home. We broght it from the city to save it from being demoed.
I enjoyed having a dance studio made on the first floor of one of the apartments.

Ovette and I, dancing in the Studio.
Such great memories!
